This document, Security Configuration Benchmark for Apple iOS 6, provides prescriptive guidance for establishing a secure configuration posture for the Apple iOS version 6.0.1. This guide was tested against the Apple iOS 6.0.1 and the iPhone Configuration Utility (iPCU) v3.6.1.296. This benchmark covers the Apple iOS 6.0.1 and all hardware devices on which this iOS is supported.
