The Microsoft Windows tools, e.g. Security Templates MMC snap-in, Security Configuration Analysis MMC snap-in, Group Policy MMC snap-in, and Group Policy Management Console MMC snap-in can be used to customize and apply the NIST security templates to Windows 2000 Professional systems

Rollback Capability:

There is no automated way of rolling back the settings unless a full system backup was performed before a security template was applied to the system.
